Kayla has served in many roles in Core Drawing and Printmaking over the past three years, including teaching as a TA and TF, and working as Core Drawing AA and printing assistant at P.R.I.N.T.
Kayla is from North Carolina and received a BA from UNC Pembroke and an MFA at UNT this past May. Kayla served as a Workshop Assistant at Frogman's Print Workshop for two years in a row.

The Department of Design is pleased to announce that Dr. Hae Jin Gam will join the CVAD faculty and the Fashion Design Program this fall. Dr. Hae Jin Gam received a Ph.D. in Design, Housing and Merchandising from Oklahoma State University in 2007.
The Department of Design is pleased to announce that Stephen Zhang will join the CVAD faculty and the Communication Design Program this fall. Stephen Zhang brings his extensive professional experience to the program as a design leader with a focus in branding. He started his careers as an Assistant Professor at the Luxun Academy of Fine Arts, China.
Plascencia is a visual artist and educator whose creative work explores the constructive nature of identity, the conflict that individuals face building their identities, and the duality between domesticity and utilitarianism, personal and communal, and self and society.
Ana Esteve Llorens was born in Valencia, Spain and has been living, intermittently, between Spain and the US since 2005. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Sculpture and Extended Media from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Masters of Arts and a B.A. from Polytechnic University of Valencia, Spain. Prior to her Art career, she was trained as an Engineer and received a Telecommunication degree from Higher Polytechnic School of Gandía, specializing in Image and Sound. Ana worked as an engineer for four years, in Wolfsburg and in Madrid.
