Erica Holeman is a graphic designer and educator with experience in identity systems, publications, and web design. Her personal work enlists both traditional and experimental methods, exploring through-lines of the human experience.
She holds an M.F.A. in graphic design from Maryland Institute College of Art and a B.F.A. in graphic design from the Oklahoma State University, Oklahoma City, Okla. Erica draws on a diverse professional background, having worked as a designer at Pentagram, small design firms, and a non-profit. While at MICA, she taught graphic design and branding courses while volunteering at portfolio reviews and as a guest critic. Most recently she taught at Visiting Lecturer at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, Baltimore, Md.
